Functions Only
for Registered Companies on Cyber G-BOC ('My G-BOC' Function)
By setting up your own databases ('Country/Area', 'Business
Needs', 'Type of Business' etc), you can search for companies without
taking time and trouble.
*You can make maximum 5 such databases
of your own.
Based on your own databases that you have already
set up, the results are shown on the Search Results page to be viewed
at a glance. After the Search results are obtained, you can (with
the searched out companies as your target) request data/materials,
send messages, request for opening of Cyber Meeting Room and register
your Favorites to be put together. How

Select your own database (from among the ones
already set up).
Of the companies you searched out, you can register
to put together those that you are especially interested in as your
Favorites. These companies are shown on 'List of favorite' to be
viewed at a glance. How

To register as favorites
Select your target companies through 'My Search' or 'Company
Search', and then click on
on the upper right-hand side.

List of favorites
This is the list of companies registered on 'Favorites'. Click

on the page of 'My G-BOC Menu'.

To delete from the list of favorites
Pick out the companies to be deleted and click on
.
Your Own Database once set up can be altered or deleted
according to the need. How
to alter or delete
1.
Click on
on the My G-BOC Menu.

Pick out the Own Database that you would like
to alter or delete.

In the case of alteration, after clicking on
and completing all the alterations on any Search Categories,

. To restore them back to the unaltered state, click on
. In the case of deletion, click on

The functions here are about the same as those of 'Functions Anyone
Can Use', except that there is no function of 'Requesting Contact
Details to be informed' because contact details can be obtained
without this particular function.
You can refuse, at any point and thereafter, to receive
any message from the company that once sent an unwanted one to you. How

*You can browse through companies whose
messages you are refusing, by clicking on

*To cancel refusal of messages, click

on the list of 'Messages to be refused'.
You can confirm or alter the contents of your registered
information through the Web-page, but such alteration is effected
only after being confirmed by the Secretariat.

to operate

Input the altered contents, and click on
. If you want to make an addition to the business needs information,

and input the content of the addition, and then click on

Make sure again on the Confirmation page that
the content is correctly altered or added, and click on

*After your altered content or addition
is once confirmed by the Secretariat, the database is altered or
added to accordingly.
For the companies registered, the web-mail address of
your own is automatically provided. By accessing the Cyber G-BOC
Websites through the Internet terminal where a Web-browser can be
used, you can send out or receive E-mails.
